During the planning process Dawn was knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive in taking care of our needs and concerns. Climbing Kilimanjaro was the most difficult thing I have ever done. Without my tour guide there is no way I would have made it to the peak. He was very supportive and never gave up on me. Great mountain, good accommodation but to be expected. Good guide, English ok but not amazing. Trip doesn’t need to be 4days if you are at all fit. Climb was very rewarding and our incredible Agency were happy to pick us up early when we finished quickly, so fantastic.
I would not hesitate to recommend Melau Tours for any body wish to
come to this beautiful country of Tanzania and Zanzibar.
